Amy R. Russell, APRN, MSN, FNP-C
I started my career in healthcare in 2004. I began nursing as a CNA while in school and working to pass nursing boards. Once I graduated nursing school and passed boards, in 2004, I initially worked as a medical/surgical nurse. After about 4 years I chose to expand my knowledge and transitioned to a wound care nurse as a local rehabilitation facility. After this I continued to expand my knowledge with school health and pediatric nursing. While working as a school health nurse I returned to school for my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. In 2010 I transitioned to the emergency room at a local hospital where I worked for just over 5 years. While working the ER I decided to go back to school and get my Master of Science in Nursing and sit for my boards as Family Nurse Practitioner. I have since worked as a Family nurse Practitioner at Main Street Medical Center. I love seeing patients and getting to know people in the primary care setting.
Chassity A. Wilson, APRN, MSN, FNP-C

I started my healthcare career as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2000 in Labor and Delivery helping new families into this world and grow together. I continued to serve new families until 2007 when I became a Registered Nurse and left Labor and Delivery to care for some of our most vulnerable population in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina in 2010 and continued to practice in women’s and children’s services until receiving my Master’s of Science in Nursing, as Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University. I have been practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in family medicine since 2020 specializing in family care, preventative health, as well as woman’s and men’s health improvements. I am also trained in aesthetics and have earned certifications from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to perform neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, and hair restoration treatments for men and women. Preventative health and helping patients achieve an optimal level of wellness is my passion. It would be my honor to take care of you and your family through every milestone of life.
